Water: There are several ponds on the ranch and one is fed by a solar water well. There is two miles of Clear Creek on the boundary of the ranch as well as several smaller creeks. Groundwater in this area is very good and relatively shallow for putting in more water wells.
Equestrian Potential: This ranch lies in a region west of Houston that has seen an explosion of growth within the equestrian community. With ample portions of the ranch providing good footing for horses and the proximity to nearby clinics, shows and services; equestrian related activities could be a great additional component for this property. The east side of the ranch abuts Ranches of Clear Creek.
Minerals: Significant minerals are believed to be owned by Seller and may be negotiable. There is no production and the ranch is not currently leased for minerals.
