Historically, the farmland has been leased out and used for growing dry land corn, hay, winter wheat, and sorghum. Wildlife:   Wildlife found on the ranch includes native species such as white-tailed deer, turkey, predators, and varmints plus feral hogs; all offering hunting opportunities throughout the year.  Depending on the crops being planted, dove hunting opportunities may abound.  Portions of the property are currently being managed to maintain and enhance quail populations.

 

Water:  There is approximately ½ mile of wet weather Dry Hollow Creek frontage on the north-east end of the ranch. There are 2 seasonal tanks providing great watering holes for the wildlife. The condition of the water well on the property is unknown and is currently inoperable.

 

Electricity: Electricity is found on the ranch at the headquarters.

 

Minerals: The Sellers are willing to convey 25% of the Seller’s 100% owned mineral estate with an offer at asking price.
