Habitat & Topography: The ranch is approximately 50% relatively open pasture with scattered tree cover and 50% forest dominated by hardwoods with some large pines and junipers. The topography exhibits rolling hills with over 130’ of relief including several high hilltops with 360 degree views. Multiple lakes have been built throughout the ranch.
