Location: The ranch entrance is an 11.5 mile drive from Hwy 90, north of Castroville. The property is located west of the town of Rio Medina on paved County Road 366.

Terrain: There is tremendous relief on this ranch with over 135’ of elevation changes from the bottom of the draws to the top of the ridges. Views are incredible from many vantage points on the ranch. The majority of the ranch is covered in native brush with a great variety of typical South Texas brush such as Kidneywood, Guajillo, Hogplum, and Persimmon along with many other species. The ranch is covered with many tree species including Live Oaks, Bull Mesquite, Hackberries, giant Mountain Laurels, and Cedar Elms and some larger Juniper. There are three drainages through the property (Opossum Creek, Yellow Creek and another unnamed tributary of yellow Creek) that offer excellent sites for larger lake development. Wildlife Management & Hunting: The ranch was high fenced in 2014 and is in the early stages of a genetic enhancement whitetail program (ranch has a 2 acre soft release pen in place). In addition, the ranch’s habitats are home quail, turkey, dove, feral hogs and other species. The pasture areas may also be planted in wildlife attracting crops or simply manipulated to promote native forbs for enhanced hunting opportunity. The owner reports that the 2014 Dove hunting was extraordinary! 6 Hunting Blinds and 6 broadcast feeders included in asking price.

Improvements: The headquarters area is located about ¾ mile from the front gate. It includes the following improvements:
