Oak Hollow Ranch

The Oak Hollow Ranch is a very unique part of the “South Texas Brush Country.”  With its oak trees, large mesquite trees, big brush, lakes, rolling terrain and high quality ranch roads, it is truly unique. 

Location:  The ranch is located approximately 6 miles south of George West, Texas in Live Oak County.  It is also located between Interstate Highway 37 and State HWY 281, at the terminus of County Road 101.

Habitat:  The habitat on the ranch is special.  Lots of people look for big native deer brush, and it has it.  Others look for large bull mesquites or oak trees, and this ranch has both.  Some like rolling terrain over the typical flat south Texas landscape and it has it. 

Improvements: There are two new lakes, each approximately 1 acre in size and new water well with an electrical submersible pump. There is also a set of cattle working pens. There are no houses, barns, cross fencing or high fencing.

Topography: There are several areas of the ranch where the topography changes over 100’ in elevation.  This gives the ranch long views and deep creek bottoms.

Wildlife:  The ranch has your typical low fenced native whitetail deer herd, flocks of turkey, hogs and good dove hunting.

Water:  Two new lakes and a new water well with electricity.

Electricity:   There is an electrical drop into the northwest portion of the ranch.

Minerals:  Surface only.
