Great small ranch in a great location. About a third of this ranch has higher rolling hills that are cleared and growing improved grasses and dotted with large live oaks and post oaks. Another third of the ranch is mostly dominated in thick brush, primarily mesquite. And the last third is hard wood bottoms that run along Peach Creek. Neighbors appear to be large and clean with some real nice places in the area. Several areas would make great homesites, and with the road frontage it could easily be broken up further for investment purposes if desired.
