Tallon Martin is an avid outdoorsman with a passion for conservation and wildlife management. During his career representing clients, he has closed transactions in 24 counties across Texas totaling over 39,389 acres. Over the years Tallon has learned many hands-on management techniques on his family ranch in Colorado County, Texas. He has gained extensive knowledge in pasture restoration, waterfowl habitat, timber management and pond ecology. Working with clients from the Northeast Texas Pineywoods to the South Texas Plains region, Tallon has gained a vast knowledge of the farm and ranch real estate market across Texas. He understands the unique aspect each region has to offer and the wide-ranging wildlife and land management programs implemented around the state.

Tallon received 2019 Texas Land Magazine‘s Land Star award for the one of the largest transactions in the Hill County region, El Rancho Cima, and the 2017 Texas Land Magazine’s Land Star award for the largest transaction in the West Texas region, El Corazon De Crystal Ranch.

Tallon has an Agriculture economics degree with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He is the Co-Chair of Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation’s Austin Chapter of Stewards of the Wild.

Tallon resides in Austin, Texas with his wife, daughter, and son.

Tallon has been a part of the Republic Ranches team as a sales agent since it’s inception in 2011 and received his broker’s license in 2016.
