FEMA maps indicate most of the ranch is outside the 100 year flood plain, with the area along the creek and feeder draws the exception.

Water: The ranch features lakes of +/- 3 and +/- 2 acres.  The larger lake provides a signature entry near the front gate, while the smaller lake is secluded in the wooded portion of the ranch.

Wildlife: Primary game includes whitetail deer, hogs, dove, and ducks.  The lakes are prime for stocking, and there are some existing bass.

Minerals: Surface only.  The property is not leased and there is no active or known past drilling activity.
