Improvements: The property has good roads around the property along with excellent drainage ditches built in the land to keep standing water out. The perimeter fence is in good shape and there is an electric line along the road frontage and an electric line runs through almost the entire part of the middle of the ranch. There are also nice homes across the street from property and next door.
Water: There is one working water well in the middle of the property run on elecric submersible. Ground water is excellent in the area found around 80’ down.
Electricity: Electric lines run throughout the property for ready access.
Minerals: None; no production.
