Land: The topography displays over 150′ of elevation change.  The majority of the property is wooded with mostly young timber on the south end and some open acreage near the access point.  The northern portion is a hardwood and pine mix.  Most of the timber value is mostly, if not all, in pulp wood.  

Wildlife: This property holds most of the native East Texas wildlife including Whitetail deer and hogs.
