Union Prairie Ranch is located on the western edge of Houston County in-between Centerville and Crockett and only 30 minutes from I-45.

The western 81 acres is set up for rotational grazing with 4 separate pasture, a wet weather creek, and 4 ponds. The middle 69 acre is a young pine plantation that is ready for it’s first thinning. Wildlife species that can be found on this ranch include white-tailed deer, dove, and songbirds.

Water:

The property offers 6 ponds and one wet weather creek that crosses the property in several different spots. There is county water along the county road if someone would like to hook up a water meter. According to the state well logs one of the neighbors to the North has a 50gpm well drill to a depth of 306 ft.
