Roads- The county road to the ranch is paved along with the main ranch road to the house and barn area. The ranch includes many interior hunting and cruising roads throughout the property.
Water:The ranch has a rural water meter and several stock tanks.
Minerals: The owner will convey all minerals owned. The amount, in any, is unknown.
