Wolfridge Ranch is located in the South portion of Bell County near the Williamson/Bell County line. The sprawling views, an abundance of wildlife, sounds of the Glover Branch running across the property, and close proximity to Austin make this property well-rounded investment. 

Topography – The middle of the Wolfridge ranch offers several terrific build sites with long views. Those sites range from 885 ft to 950 ft above sea level. The topography gradually slopes down to Glover Branch which sits at about 780 ft to 800 ft above sea level. There is a nice all-weather road system that allows you to cross the Glover branch. The all-weather road traverses the southern fence line which gives you access to the build sites and other portions of the ranch.

Wildlife – Currently held under the Wildlife Management Program, Wolfridge Ranch is loaded with deer. Other game include turkey, dove, and hogs. There has been selective cedar clearing throughout the ranch with a Hyrdo Ax. This has decreased the cedar density and allowed for good grasses to take root. 

Water – Glover Branch crosses the Eastern portion of the ranch for about 3500 feet. This is typically a wet weather creek that has several pools of water that hold fish. Glover Branch travels north where it dumps into the Lampasas River several properties over. There are also five other little draws that feed down into the Glover branch and the Lampasas River. These have potential to be good future ponds sites.  There is a water well with electricity located on the ranch as well.
