Rustlers’ Den Resort is a luxury retreat in southeastern Choctaw County. The property consists of approximately 140 acres including a 16-acre no-wake fishing and recreational lake. Individually owned 1/2 acre lots offer plenty of building space for your new home and accessory structures with access to a custom clubhouse, private lake, Kiamichi River, trails, parks, and equine facilities. Location
Rustlers’ Den is located 2 hours from Dallas. Broken Bow is 38 miles to the east. Tulsa and OKC are approximately 3 hours away. The property sits near the north bank of the Kiamichi River on the east side of Hwy 109. The resort is adjacent to a large and private shared-ownership ranch.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
The topography provides nice views of the lake area. Approximately 50% of the resort is wooded but has been partially thinned to provide for a more convenient access. A system of trails will be in place for hiking, biking, and horseback riding. A private gated entryway is off of Hwy 109 in the northwest corner of the resort.
