This ranch offers quite a bit of habitat diversity and sufficient topography. Most of the 251 acres are used for cattle grazing. There is also a mix of open grassland fields and thick woods throughout the ranch as well as creek frontage on Middle Yegua Creek.
Wildlife
Hunting is the main driving force with this property; it is heavily wooded, making it great for whitetail, and Middle Yegua Creek holds large amounts of wood ducks. There is fishing in the creek that makes for a relaxing activity with the kids.
