The Finn-Lambert Ranch is a portion of the historic Lambert Ranch located in Refugio County. This ranch consists predominantly of native rangeland and a smaller portion of dry land row crop farm.

The ranch is located 7 miles northeast of Refugio on the southeast side of Highway 77. The ranch can be accessed directly off of Highway 77. There is a secondary access via an easement to the southeast portion of the property.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
The ranch’s native rangelands are typical of the upland prairie in this part of South Texas with trees including live oak, mesquite and other species. There are also a variety of diverse brush species and grasses providing forage for both livestock and wildlife. There is one significant drainage through central portion of ranch running north to south.

Native white-tailed deer, turkey, dove, quail, varmints and songbirds.

This ranch offers both grazing and farming opportunities with about 985 acres of native rangeland and about 342 acres of tillable dry land farming, that is typically farmed in cotton or milo.
