Location

The ranch sits conveniently between Sinton and Woodsboro, Tx with the main gate access on the west side of Interstate Highway 77.  It is located approximately 119 miles Southeast of San Antonio, 50 miles South of Victoria and 25 miles North of Corpus Christi.

The terrain on the ranch is gently rolling to high banks with plenty of elevation changes and access down to the river. The ranch has great interior roads that provide for nice afternoon cruises around the ranch.
