Broker Associate
Jacob Rice was born and raised in central Oklahoma hunting and fishing the creek and river bottoms. He graduated from SWOSU in 2010 with a BBA in Finance. Upon graduation, Jacob worked as a loan officer at a small commercial bank before taking a lending position for Farm Credit where his focus was on making farm, ranch, and recreational land loans. In 2019 Jacob left the Farm Credit system to obtain his real estate license to represent buyers and sellers and to focus on his own real estate investments and farm & ranch pursuits. Jacob has since earned his broker’s license in Oklahoma and Kansas and his sales associate license in Texas.
Jacob is passionate about the outdoors and everything the land can provide. He enjoys spending time each fall chasing game in the Rocky Mountains to hunting deer and turkey with his oldest daughter. Land stewardship is also very important to Jacob as he enjoys improving the quality of his ranch and farm properties and instilling a hard work ethic in his young family.
Jacob resides in Minco with his wife and two daughters.
Jacob is licensed in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas.
