Bolivar Peninsula Tract - Galveston County, Crystal Beach, TX

Located on the bay side of Highway 87, this tract features approximately 1,765 feet of highway frontage. The tract runs from Highway 87 northwards across the ICW and includes acreage on Goat Island or that is submerged. Approximately 33 to 40 acres along the highway are believed to be uplands.

The Bolivar Peninsula is a fantastic stretch of the upper Texas Coast. Excellent fishing can be found in the adjacent Galveston Bay and in the surf. Located minutes away from the Anahuac and McFaddin National Wildlife Refuges, along with the Houston Audubon Society’s sanctuaries at High Island, the area is a birder’s paradise, and Bolivar Flats is designated as a Globally Important Bird Area. Galveston is a short drive and ferry ride away.
