Buckners Creek Ranch is located in the western portion of Fayette county, near the Bastrop/Fayette county line. This ranch sits on top of the Carrizo-Wilcox Major Aquifer and Yegua Jackson, Sparta, & Queen City Minor Aquifers. The water well that services the home was drilled in 2006. it was drilled to 556 Feet, the static water level is located at 73 feet deep. History:   This property along with the surrounding acreage in the Pierson, J G W abstract was granted to John G.W. Pierson.
