The ranch is heavily wooded with large old growth trees that made ideal habitat for white-tailed deer.
Wildlife
The ranch has a thriving superior whitetail herd. The owners have selected whitetails that produces beautiful typical deer. The ranch also has ducks, doves, and hogs.
Improvements
The ranch has a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom lodge that is situated on the front of the ranch. This lodge was built in 2018 and is 1,280 square feet. For additional sleeping there is a bunkhouse that is located just a few steps away. Built in 2020.
