Rolling pasture hills with a mix of large mature oaks and hardwood trees make out the majority of the ranch. The Red Branch Creek system on the North end creates a mature timber-lined shaded water system which is utilized by cattle for shade and escape from the summer heat as well as a travel corridor for the wildlife. The elevation on the ranch is noticeable ranging from the peak hills of 350 ft to the bottom 60 ft lower sitting at 290 ft. The ranch is predominantly high and dry with less than 20 acres in the floodplain. The Northeast portion of the ranch has previously been harvested for timber several years ago. This acreage can be left to grow back into a mature forest or can be converted into pasture or other uses if desired.

Wildlife

White-tailed deer, wild hogs, squirrel, doves, waterfowl and all other manner of native wildlife roam the ranch. Red Branch runs along the northern portion of the ranch providing water as well as a corridor for wildlife to travel along.
