Location
The ranch is located 5 miles southwest of Jacksonville just south of Hwy 79. An easy 2 hour drive from Dallas and 3 hours from Houston. Athens and Tyler are approximately 30 miles from this location. The property is accessed from CR 3208.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
The topography is generous and provides over 200’ of relief with some extended views. The areas with the most topography are primarily hardwoods. Approximately 126 acres of plantation was planted in 2018. Around 100 acres of timber was harvested in 2021 with some of the remaining portions hardwoods. A substantial road/trail system provides access to majority of the property.
