It feels very private even though it is so close to Austin.
Water
The ranch home has a water well that feeds the house and several water troughs around the home for the cattle. The surrounding ranches have water wells between 300-400 ft ranging from 25-55 GPM. The North Fork San Gabriel river traverses a portion of the property. It is a wet weather section of the river. There are several small pools along the river worth exploring. It is lined with tall Elm trees, which are beautiful in the fall as they change colors. There are three ponds on the ranch as well.
