Location

Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
The topography near the FM frontage has a gentle roll and includes most of the pasture portions. These open areas boast productive improved and native grasses. Wooded draws extend from the creek bottom running near the eastern boundary and feature many mature hardwoods. The topography on the eastern portions of the property is very attractive. There are many small fields along the creek that would make great food plots.
Wildlife
