Location and Access: The ranch is located in NE Frio County, SE of Moore and NE of Pearsall, with access off of CR 2515 (aka Biediger Road).

Range, Habitat and Topography: The ranch exhibits high quality, diverse south Texas brush and habitat including massive oaks and elms along the creeks and drainages (including namesake Black Creek), huge bull mesquite elsewhere and fantastic native grasses throughout.
