Republic Ranches brokered the sale of the famous Perlitz Ranch located in western Zavala County for the first time in nearly a century.  The ranch has an outstanding improved herd of white-tailed deer, great quail and dove hunting along with terrific improvements.  Irrigation wells, several good creeks with towering live oaks, and good topography make this ranch beautiful as well as productive.  There is limited older mineral production.
