Natalie Dean has specialized in land and ranch real estate throughout Central Texas since 2010. With more than 15 years of experience, she has built a reputation for helping clients navigate complex land transactions with thoughtful guidance, market expertise, and a deep understanding of the factors that drive land value.
Natalie’s career began at Land Advisors Organization, where she focused on raw land acquisitions and dispositions for residential development projects. She later joined the Land & Ranch Division at Moreland Properties before bringing her expertise to Republic Ranches. Her background spans a wide range of transaction types, including recreational ranches, transitional land, development tracts, conservation properties, investment holdings, and residential lot portfolios.
Over the course of her career, Natalie has developed a particular specialization in Central Texas land brokerage. She works closely with landowners, investors, developers, and end users, providing strategic insight into entitlement considerations, development potential, conservation opportunities, water resources, access, valuation, and market positioning. Her clients value her ability to combine detailed analysis with practical advice, helping them make informed decisions throughout every stage of the transaction.
Land is a unique asset class, and Natalie has dedicated her career to understanding its complexities. Whether representing a family ranch held for generations, a development opportunity in a growing corridor, or a recreational property in the Hill Country, she approaches every assignment with professionalism, diligence, and a commitment to achieving her clients’ goals.
Raised in the Piney Woods of East Texas, Natalie developed an early appreciation for the land that would later shape her career. She is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, and lives in Austin with her family. Outside of real estate, she enjoys exploring the Texas Hill Country, traveling, attending live music events, and supporting land conservation efforts throughout Texas and beyond.
Natalie is licensed in Texas.
