The Bonner Ranch is 99 acres located only a few miles west of the Corpus Christi City Limits. The ranch is in the far northwestern portion of Nueces County, it fronts the northeast side of County Road 54A, approximately 10 miles west of Calallen (Corpus Christi) and 7 miles east, northeast of Orange Grove, Texas. It is also located northwest of the small community of Bluntzer, Texas at 27.9449, -97.8441.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
The topography of the ranch is relatively level on the northern portion of the tract and gently sloping with a change in elevation from 110’ to 95’ above sea level, sloping towards a nice lake or large pond near the southern boundary. The soils are clay to sandy loam, identified as Victoria and Raymondville clay soil, along with Hildago and Clareville, sandy loam, and some Comitas sand. The property has maintained shredded grass areas near the middle, and the remainder is mostly big trees and brush.

This ranch is part of a multi-property package that will all be marketed at the same time, but they will be sold separately.
