The ranch is Located 9 miles northwest of Beeville, Texas in Bee County. The ranch fronts paved FM 673 on the south and all-weather Patton Road on the north providing easy access from Austin, Houston, San Antonio and Corpus Christi.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
The Hollow Draw Ranch is in a portion of Bee County that has excellent topographic relief giving way to beautiful sunrises and sunsets. With elevation ranging from 380’ down to 310’ in the draw, there are great opportunities for a homesite amongst the Oaks meanwhile getting lost in the bottomlands of the property. In the drainages are old-growth oak trees, elms and hackberry while the tops have scattered oaks and mixed brush consistent with the area. There is ample grazing country throughout with good native grasses.
Wildlife
The Hollow Draw is home to a great combination of game species for your year-round enjoyment and management. There is a great population of deer. And this area has and can grow great trophy quality with proper management. With the roosting trees all along the drainage, there are a lot of turkeys for your springtime pleasure. There are also strong populations of dove, quail, hogs and predators.
