Last year, Fay Ranches’ brokers were instrumental in one of the largest ranch transactions in Wyoming history: the sale of the 77,630-acre Medicine Bow River Ranch. Republic Ranches spearheaded the purchase of the Devil’s River Ranches, a transaction that qualified as The Land Report’s 2013 Conservation Deal of the Year.
