Butch was raised on a farm outside of White Deer, Texas. This is where his appreciation and stewardship of land began. After moving to Oklahoma, he studied geology at the University of Oklahoma. After college, he helped develop several successful oil and gas companies. For the last 15 years, he has helped mineral and surface owners manage and develop their properties. This was accomplished through mineral sales, oil and gas lease negotiations and surface/pipeline agreements. Then five years ago he acquired his real estate license to further his ability to help people manage their land assets.
He has been actively involved in developing several large ranches for recreational properties along with many other smaller properties. He currently enjoys spending time at his ranch in eastern Oklahoma.
He is married to his lovely wife for 48 years and has two daughters and two grandchildren.
Butch is licensed in Oklahoma and Kansas.
