Rich J. Schneider, III was born and raised in Kerrville, TX.  He graduated from the M.J. Neeley School of Business at TCU, and has been selling farm and ranch real estate since 2007, obtaining his broker’s license in 2012.  Rich has managed large farm properties for institutional investors and represented buyers and sellers in the transfer of property across Texas and New Mexico.

Rich is passionate about wildlife and land stewardship.  He is an avid fly fisherman and hunter and loves to travel the world in these pursuits.  His top priority is his family and spending time with his wife and three children.  He is an active member of his church and sits on multiple local boards.  Rich is a member of the Kerrville Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
