Terrain: The ranch is gently sloping towards Walnut Branch Creek which is a small creek that runs through the centerline of the 70 acres. One small pond is near the centerline of the property. Pecans, oaks and some willows line the creek area. The eastern and western sides of the ranch contain nice natural pockets of oaks and native grasses.
