The elevated native pasture produces some Bluestem grasses and is currently stocked at 10 acres per pair. A modest set of livestock pens border the county road. The landscape is typically rolling prairie land transitioning to timber as the topography descends over 100′ to Bird Creek. The soils are loamy, primarily class 3 and 4. Established pasture roads allow access to majority of the ranch. Verdigris Valley Electric line runs along the county road.

There is also one good pond and rural water available on the county road, RWD # 15. A few other locations have significant run off for future tank options.
