The S&B 63 Ranch is a great recreation property located 15 miles north of Pawhuska. The property has good topography with the highest point in the northeast corner and over 50’ of elevation change. The majority of the ranch is wooded consisting of Post Oak and Blackjack while located in the Cross Timbers Ecoregion. There are some open areas of native grass. A portion of the southeast corner contains class 3 soils and the remainder is fairly rocky with exposed sandstone.
Wildlife
This area is known for good White-tailed deer hunting. The Tallgrass Prairie Preserve, multiple wildlife management areas, and neighboring large ranches improve the hunting potential for this part of the county. Hogs, turkeys, and other game species can be pursued on this property.

Currently, there is no water on the property. The neighbors’ improvements on 3 sides are serviced by water wells. The south-central portion has favorable topography for a potential pond site.
