Structures:

Grand Central Station – The Grand Central building is a 3,000 sf two-story structure that houses multiple offices along with 3 separate apartments for lodging.

Compass – The Compass building is 3,500 SF of lodging divided into four equal wings. Each lodging wing is designed the same and has its own facilities. Additionally, there are two rooms upstairs that can be used for group gatherings, workspace, or storage.

Lodges:

There are four, 1,200 SF lodges that all have: Covered porches, interior sinks, showers, and bathroom facilities.

Both Compass and all of the lodges have fire sprinkler systems throughout per Montgomery county code. There is a fire pump building on-site to support these sprinklers.

Rally – The Rally dining hall is a 5,000 SF fully functioning dining facility that has accommodated 200 people. The commercial kitchen inside the Rally building includes: walk-in cooler, walk-in freezer, multiple cooking ranges, large professional vent hood, ice machine, dishwashing sink, hand washing sink, Ovens, Food prep racks, Food prep counters.

Muse – The Muse building is a 5,100 SF multi-purpose activity building. Inside the Muse building there is a large black box theatre designed for the performing arts along with 4 classroom-type rooms that each have their own sink and access to bathroom facilities. On the western wall of Muse there is an outdoor movie system set up including elevated projection.

4/3 House – There is a 4 bedroom 3 bath 3,500 SF beautiful house on the property. The house has a beautiful white rock front and opens up to vaulted ceilings with exposed architectural wooden beams. There is tile throughout all of the common area with modern counter tops and appliances throughout.

Open-air shop – 2,200 SF Open air covered shop that has a garage component for parking equipment on one side and then has an open workshop area on the other. The open workshop area has a large sink as well as two storage closets for tools etc.

Covered sports court – 3,200 SF covered open-air sports court with built-in basketball goals.

Covered pool house – 1,700 SF covered open air pool house with bathroom facilities.

2 swimming pools – 4,500 SF of swimming pool surface spread across two swimming pools including resort-style features of water fountains, waterfalls, and a tanning deck/shallow water zone. The swimming pool area consists of over 10,000 SF of fenced in area with pool safe surface concreted walkways around each pool.

30’ lake tower – There is a 30’ tower constructed next to one of the lakes that serves as the top of a giant water slide that runs into the middle of the lake.

Barrett Lake – Barrett Lake is a 3-acre lake that comes equipped with canoeing and other water activity equipment.

Ropes Course – There is a fully built-out ropes course on the property.

Little Caney Creek – Little Caney Creek transects the property on the back of the property providing live water throughout the year.

Nature Trails – There is a metal bridge that crosses Little Caney Creek and opens up into an open hardwood ecosystem that boasts ample wildlife including deer and hogs.

Water

Barrett lake – Barret lake is a 3-acre lake that comes equipped with canoeing and other water activity equipment.

Little Caney Creek – Little Caney Creek transects the property on the back of the property providing live water throughout the year.

Camp Lantern Creek has been very successful hosting summer camps, church camps, retreats, and corporate events. With the large amount of infrastructure here, the property would additionally work well as a wedding venue or a rehab center.
