It is truly one of a kind and is one of the top courses in America and was just recently voted number 96 of the top 147 golf courses in the world, by Ran Morrissett, the creator of Golf Club Atlas and the head of Golf Week Magazine top 100 rankings. He has been to Wolf Point three times! The course was designed by Mike Nuzzo, a renowned golf course architect, and the greens by Don Mahaffey. The golf course setting blends into the surrounding Gulf Coast environment. The way the course was designed and thought-out, was to build a course that fit into its surroundings, but to also be as low maintenance as possible. There is a lake of approximately twelve acres that provides water for all course irrigation. The lake collects all water runoff. There is a large irrigation well with a 75 HP submersible pump well that can also fill the lake if need be. The lake provides all water for the course irrigation system. The course irrigation system, weather station, and pump station are integrated into a central computer control system and can interface with any device connected to the internet. There is a beautiful clubhouse with his and her locker rooms and a large bar and gathering area overlooking the course. There are also two large maintenance barns for equipment and a cart barn for all the carts.
