Republic Ranches had the honor of taking home two awards at the 29th Annual Outlook for Texas Land Markets last week. For 2018, our firm was awarded:
#1 Overall Texas Land Star Award
and
#1 Region 7 (Austin-Waco-Hill Country) Land Star Award

Republic Ranches broker associate and partner Charles Davidson and sales agent Rick Doak were at the conference representing the entire team. The Outlook for Texas Land Markets conference is put on yearly by the Real Estate Center at Texas A&M University, the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers, the Realtors Land Institute, and the San Antonio Board of Realtors. The conference provides information on a variety of legal, economic, social and natural resources issues influencing the current land market dynamics.
