About Drake:
Drake Heller graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in ranch management. Ever since he was a child, he had a passion for hunting and the outdoors. Growing up, he wanted to have a career that allowed him to enjoy the outdoors. After college, he began his real estate career, and he has now been a ranch real estate broker for over ten years. Successfully, closing deals in 25 counties totaling well over 25,000 acres.
Drake successfully facilitated the sale of the Bogata Farm in Red River County with an investor from Europe, a transaction that took six months to close and totaled 8,300 acres. In 2018 he closed 2,350 acres in Live Oak County, all off-market. In 2020 he worked on the sale of the historic Tidwell Ranch in Austin County, one of the largest ranches to sell in Austin County in many years. In 2021 he sold 1,165 acres in Live Oak County (off Market), setting a record for raw land price at the time.
Along with ranch brokerage, Drake has raised white-tailed deer and exotics on his ranch in Colorado County since he graduated college; A successful business that he has a great passion for.
Drake resides in Houston with his wife and two children, attending Houston’s First Baptist Church.
