Bryan Pickens is a Partner with the Republic Ranches team. Bryan is a 6th generation native Texan with strong ties to the community, is an avid sportsman and a ranch owner in Henderson County, and strongly encourages sportsmen, families, and kids to spend time doing absolutely anything outdoors. He has a degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Bryan is an expert in the ranch, farm, and rural real estate market in part through his sales experience that includes natural resource and wildlife management, timber production, and mineral and aggregate exploration. Additionally, through his brokerage work with pre-development properties and his active involvement in several professional networking associations, he has excellent national connections with capital groups seeking large land investment opportunities – and with the print media leaders that specialize in covering this market.

Bryan serves on the board of Heritage Land Bank, part of the National Farm Credit System, and is a regular host of formal business forums for high net worth individuals and capital groups regarding market trends and rural real estate interests. Also, he has previously served on the Board of Trustees for the Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation and on the advisory board of the Texas Wildlife Association Foundation and is an ’89 Eagle Scout.

Bryan resides in Dallas with his wife and four daughters.

Bryan is licensed in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Alabama.
