Stephanie grew up in Richmond, Texas as part of a seventh-generation ranching family. As a descendant of Stephen F. Austin’s Old Three Hundred, she takes great interest and pride in Texas history and the importance of legacy land. After spending a few years in commercial real estate development, she decided to make the switch to farm and ranch. A self-described “people person,” Stephanie looks forward to building long-term client relationships with a deep-rooted commitment to exceeding expectations. Stephanie currently resides in Houston and enjoys spending time at her family ranch with her husband and two black labs, Lottie and Mae.
