Layout, Topography & Terrain:
Henry Prairie Ranch is mostly wooded with several fields cleared around the property. At one time a number of these fields we used for growing watermelon. These fields would make for great annual food plots. There are a number of trails cut through the property giving connectivity. There is a slight roll in the topography with a small hill on the South corner of the ranch.
Wildlife and Hunting:
Wildlife species that can be found on this ranch include white-tailed deer, turkey, dove, and songbirds.
There is a small hunters cabin, the main benefit it serves is bringing water and electricity to the property.
The hunter’s cabin it hooked up to county water lines. There is a small pond near the southeast property line, according to the topographical map, this is the beginning point for the Moores Branch.
Electricity is available at the hunter’s Cabin.
Surface only sale. There is currently on gas well near the northeast boundary. There is a natural gas gathering pipeline that crosses the Northeast portion of the property.
