Layout, Topography & Terrain:
Prairie Creek ranch has a well thought out trail system that provides access throughout the ranch. A majority of the ranch is Post Oaks, with water oaks and large elms along Prairie Creek. There is a slight roll to the property, the highest point being in the Southwest corner and the lowest point being Prairie creek.
Wildlife and Hunting:
Wildlife species that can be found on this ranch include white-tailed deer, turkey, dove, and songbirds.
There is a small cabin, the main benefit it serves is bringing electricity to the property, the cabin needs work to be livable.
There is roughly +/-2100 feet of Prairie creek that crosses the middle part of the property traveling west to east. There is a low water crossing that gives you access to the back portion of the property via a 4X4 truck or UTV. Near the cabin, there is a +/- 2-acre lake great for fishing, canoeing, and swimming.
Electricity is available at the Cabin.
