Petty Ranch is located in Hill County, Texas, one mile south of Aquilla, Texas. This places the property conveniently 7 miles from the I35 corridor and 20 miles north of Waco, Texas.

Topography, Rangeland & Habitat

This property is generally flat with fine sandy loam soils which are stable and productive providing a good growing environment for the two pastures. The remainder of the property is in mature hardwood forest, consisting mainly of post oak, live oak and elm trees. These sandy soils would make an ideal horse property.
