Location
Situated 22 miles north of Hwy 59 out of Edna on Hwy 111, the ranch is conveniently located, with San Antonio and Houston just 115 miles away to the west and east, and Austin a short 105 miles to the north.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
Featuring live oaks, open native grasses, and a mix of rolling to flat terrain, the ranch comprises sandy or sandy loam soils with a sturdy clay base. This solid base supports the potential creation of additional lakes and ponds.
Wildlife
Abundant white-tailed deer, turkey, dove, hogs and varmints inhabit the ranch. Oak motts and varied brush provide food and cover for deer and other species with denser woodlands in the southwest corner.
