The Persyn Farm is located just 2 miles from Hondo on HWY 90 and has paved county road frontage on the eastern border and a rail line on the northern border of the property. The farm is set up for flood irrigation including 172 base acre-feet of Edwards Water. The well has not been flow tested but is believed to produce an estimated 1,300 pgm.
