Situated in southeast Fannin County, Moss Creek Farm is an easy hour and twenty-minute drive northeast of Dallas, with McKinney only a short hour away. The charming town of Honey Grove, self-proclaimed as “the sweetest town in Texas,” is just 5 miles to the north.

Moss Creek Farm has 1.62 miles of frontage on TX 34 (west boundary), 2,940 feet frontage on new FM 1550 (south boundary)-both of these are paved highway. Part of the east boundary is along CR 3444 which is a gravel road that runs along the property for about 2,500 feet.

Topography, Rangeland & Habitat

Moss Creek, a beautiful limestone bottom creek, runs through this farm’s central section for about 3,000 feet.
