It is also located northwest of the small community of Bluntzer, Texas at 27.9484, -97.8373.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
The topography of the ranch is gently sloping with a change in elevation from 110’ to 60’ above sea level, sloping towards FM 3088 or the north portion of the property. The soils are clay to sandy loam, identified as Victoria clay soil, along with Hildago, Papalote, and Miguel sandy loam, plus Raymondville complex. The property is mostly big trees and brush with some nice, maintained shredded areas scattered around the property.
