The ranch is between State Highway 16 and the Nueces River, on the north side of FM 624. It has .4 miles of frontage on 624 and is located approximately 40 miles SE Cotulla, 75 miles NW of Corpus Christi, and 85 miles south of San Antonio.
Topography, Rangeland & Habitat
The ranch is gently undulating with good roll, ranging between 270 feet to 350 feet above sea level. This provides some incredible long-distance views.
Wildlife
The land has really good native brush diversity creating great habitat for wildlife such as deer, dove, quail, and hogs.
